Wasatch Exotics Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit exotic animal rescue serving Utah and the Wasatch Front. We specialize in rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming reptiles and other exotic pets through a dedicated foster-based care program.
Whether you are looking to adopt an exotic pet, surrender an animal, or become a foster volunteer, our mission is to provide safe placement and individualized care for animals in need.

A Foster-Based Exotic Animal Rescue
Unlike traditional shelters, we do not operate a physical facility. Every animal in our care lives in an approved foster home where they receive one-on-one attention, proper habitat setup, and specialized husbandry tailored to their species.
This foster-based model allows us to better evaluate each animal’s health and behavior while preparing them for successful, permanent homes.
